The People Who Make Us Amazing

Julie Ewenson

Club Administrator

My love of gymnastics started when i was selected to be in my school team at the age of 7. I retired at 16 and then life took over! My eldest daughter showed potential aged 5 so I searched to find a local club. My youngest daughter followed in her footsteps and I was totally transported back into the gymnastics world. I qualified as a coach in pre-school, general, women's artistic and acrobatics and I am also a regional acrobatics judge and a national BSGA judge. I am proud that my club has coached thousands of children since I established Jaybee in 2002 and that all of my coaches are ex gymnasts who have moved through the club and decided to pass on their knowledge and love for the sport.

Maxine

Hello, I’m Maxine and I have been a part of gymnastics for 26 years! I am currently the Acrobatics head coach but sometimes work with the rec & preschool gymnasts. I believe gymnastics to be such an important sport giving the children lifelong personal skills in determination, focus, team work and making friends. I love seeing the hard work and progress from all levels of our club and the enjoyment that all our members get from our sessions.
